This weeks episode is a look into the life of one of the industry's most beloved bartenders. With a career that spans 40 years, Salvatore Calabrese has had a lifetime of achievements which we reminisce on today.   Salvatore is an award-winning powerhouse in the trade being a consultant, bar operator and author of many best selling books.   We discuss his time growing up in Maiori village on Italy’s Amalfi Coast and his subsequent move to London to the now-famous Duke’s Hotel, where he developed a niche market for rare and aged cognacs, beginning a concept he dubbed Liquid History.   His industry given title, 'the Maestro' is something he is proud of and it is well deserved for his input into the bar trade. He has served presidents and famous singers. Owns a Guinness world record and can be found at the well established Donovan Bar, Brown’s Hotel, London.   This is Salvatore's legacy and we were proud to host him on the show.    Enjoy!   Contact info & Resources:   Insta: cocktailmaestro salvatore-calabrese.co.uk The Complete Home Bartender's Guide Classic Cocktails  Cognac: a liquid history Acqua Bianca liqueur       ***** Before we get started I wanted to reach and ask for your help.
