Is a gun a problem because of how it is used by some? Children playing with toy guns- is this a problem? Is the American culture more prone to violence than others? Is the readily availability of guns part of our problem? How many tens of thousands of people are killed by guns in the USA each year? Can we do better managing the availability & access to guns? In our democracy today, does the influence of wealth & power determine policy outcomes more than collective human votes? DO WE HAVE A GUN PROBLEM or A GOVERNANCE PROBLEM?
