Now that the unexpected Black Drakes have been dealt with, and the party is now in possession of a Black Drake Egg, they continue on to locate the temple in the swamp, where they discover a goblin tribe, one that is familiar to them. Instead of attacking them outright, they decide to open up a dialog with them, given how close they are to the Sandpoint refugee camp. Does this turn out to be a meeting of old friends, or possibly a new enemy the refugees must now contend with, given their condition and lack of resources.
