Last month there was a bit of a scare on Habs Twitter when one of the best people to cover the Habs, John Lu, announced that he had been battling COVID-19. Since then, we, and so many others, were relieved to see him return to cover the draft and free agency. And we were overjoyed when John agreed to come on the podcast with us tonight, We spent most of this episode talking to him about his experiences with COVID-19, and how he is feeling now. Suffice it to say, the virus is very real, and we all must continue to be mindful of the restrictions that we have been living with since this all started, and adhere to them. The latter part of the episode does get into some Habs talk where we discuss the all important Gallagher extension, and get into the details as to why Allen was given a contract extension.
