Welcome to #SoulfireSunday, a Mental Health Podcast. Shawn Evans, Scott Milne, & Paulie O'Byrne get together to catch up after 6 months off. Typically the boys go through a cognitive behavioral therapy program, however, this week they reflect on some of the mental health issues they faced throughout the winter season during their time away from the Podcast. They also discuss other events that took place, such as Scott's knee surgery, and how he handled that mentally. In the fall, two students at the University of Western Ontario took their life, and another two did the same during this 2018 recent reading week. Shawn, Scott, & Paulie felt it necessary to get the Podcast going again even though they are waiting for the studio renovation to be completed. Tune-in to catch up with the boys!
