Gears wants to expand his influence over his neighbors in the Redmond Barrens. He’s already gained a small following of people who are protected from other gangers in the area. The turrets he keeps on the roof are armed and ready to shoot anyone trying to cause problems or get too close to the warehouse he calls home.
