As online students, we spend a lot of time in front of the computer – usually sitting down. Then, to relax, we often “put our feet up” and “chill on the couch” – additional sedentary activities. However, medical science indicates that sitting down too much can have negative health impacts. This podcast discussed those impacts, solutions to combat them, and offers a “live” stretching session.
