The guys sat down with Nathan Longcrier, owner of Balance and Movement (BAM) Fitness in Norco, CA. Nathan started BAM (Balance and Movement) Fitness to help youth athletes understand proper training and performance to prevent injury, and focusing on the ACL with women soccer players has become his specialty. BAM is the first training facility utilizing High speed Cameras & Biomechanical software to analyze youth athletes' biomechanics in order to maximize performance & reduce the risk of injury. He has first hand experience with ACL tears through the women's soccer program at Cal State Fullerton and knew something needed to be done to prevent this epidemic of ACL tears. Nathan is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Movement & Rehab Specialist. For over 20 years, Nathan has worked with athletes of all ages, including some of the best NCAA Div I athletes. Nathan has rehabbed over 250 ACL Reconstruction patients, which consists of a 9-12 month recovery process.  His expertise in sports rehabilitation, athletic training, and mental skills coaching has helped improve hundreds of lives, both physically and mentally. Matt and Ryan both sent their girls in for the analysis and they both registered back high risk, so they now have them enrolled full time in the academy and wanted to share the amazing work Nathan is bringing to the soccer community.
