Host, Jennifer Cronk speaks with author, Rushton Hurley. Rushton Hurley, speaker, consultant and author recently published his second book, “Making Your Teaching Something Special.” This book, in addition to his first, really spoke to me as a student and educator with learning disabilities. Rushton’s work describes how a teacher can shift their practice and interactions with others to make connections with students and foster diverse ways of expression. You know how much I love Universal Design for Learning and Rushton touches on many UDL themes such as Expression, Representation and Engagement.
