I’m going to share with you part of the interview I had with Elizabeth Pearce. Elizabeth is the host of the Drink and Learn podcast, which uses famous drinks and ingredients to tell the rich history of New Orleans. And the information she provides on the history of bourbon in New Orleans is a centerpiece of my upcoming episode. But she was so fun to talk to and had some much great information that I decided it was time to come down from my whiskey neat and whiskey splash pedestal and learn a bit more about cocktails. I mean, what better place to do so, then the home of Bourbon Street and the Sazerac cocktail.
