I talked to the wonderfully named, and just wonderful person in general, Manish Lad about the finer points of running a well-balanced team. I worked with Manish in the BBC for almost two years and he was always the wise sensei when it came to treating colleagues as humans. So gathering his thoughts here was a real pleasure.
