On Friday the BBC reported that over 2,500 fires were happening in the Amazon Rainforest right now. Nearly a soccer field of forest is falling every single minute in what's being called the worst fire in the Amazon since 2013. As of today there the Amazon Rainforest is burning at a rate 83% higher than it was this time last year.
