There is a new industrial revolution happening. Some refer to it as Industry 4.0. Others refer to it as the ‘The Digital Age’. Whatever it is called, there is a new revolution happening, driven by an amazing evolution in technology which supports a world now underpinned by software. What can be said with confidence is that adopting technology alone will not lead to a direct change in attitudes, behaviors, and culture on its own. So, are organizations focused too much on technology change? Worse still, is the focus on technology change for the sake of technology change?
