This program is uniquely designed to encourage participation from non-white people outside the United States and Victims of White Supremacy who may not be able to join during our typical broadcast time. Today's broadcast coincides with The C.O.W.S.'s 12th year of broadcasting. We hope the past dozen years been constructive more often than not. One consistent component of broadcast time has been the inclusion of non-white people from around the world.
