Masroor talks about his experiences, how a seminar helped him to understand the importance of diversity and how he fought with his own biases. He shares that building an inclusive team from scratch is easy but the process can be patchy with an existing team.


We discuss how one can identify the gaps in their existing team and hire based on inclusivity. We further talk about Masroor’s 5-step hiring process and how he maintains a diverse team.
