Ahead of next week's Extreme Rules pay-per-view, Ash and Joel travel back a decade to relive the first-ever Extreme Rules from 2009. A show that was lacking in real quality despite some of the biggest names of the era competing in 'Extreme' stipulations. The highs include Chris Jericho and Rey Mysterio's excellent Intercontinental Title feud and the main event between two ladder match experts. However, they are weighed down by the lulls of John Cena and Big show and the sorry state that was the ECW Championship. There's also chat on Umaga, Hog Pens, Bischoff/Heyman, AEW and what soap star CM Punk resembles in his 2009 guise.
