Recovery Is Possible: A Mental Health Podcast

Education

As Karen Gosbee became a single mother to her three children after losing her husband to suicide, she could no longer stay silent about what her family had been facing. Families and caregivers don’t often know where to find the resources to help navigate their loved one’s recovery journey. During this episode of Recovery Is Possible: A Mental Health Podcast, we highlight CMHA’s Family Recovery College course called Finding Your Balance and discuss ways to implement healthy boundaries between you and the ones who are struggling with a mental health or substance use concern. We believe open dialogue, opens doors and supports solutions! Tune in to the conversation and help lift the shift from family illness to family wellness. #TurnI2We newsroom.calgary.ca/community-advocate-plays-major-role-in-helping-city-move-community-action-on-mental-health-and-addiction-forward/ https://al-anon.ab.cawww.calgary.ca/CSPS/CNS/Pages/Mental-Health-and-Addictions-Funding-Proposals.aspxwww.amazon.ca/ACOA-Trauma-Syndrome-Childhood-Relationships/dp/1522632484Support the show
