(from 05-15-12)One of the reasons I am writing this newsletter today is because of the very subject matter in this lecture by Roncar.  Sometimes it is very hard to tell where you are on the path of your journey, especially when you are faced with a new goal, or a new set of circumstances or conditions.  It seems like, for most of us, there is a lot of change going on right now.  Everyone that I know is dealing with some sort of significant, life altering shift that is presenting a new set of challenges and the necessity of looking at the goals associated with them. The hardest part of the journey always seems to be when you are making a consistent and steady effort but you do not seem to see any results for the energies you have invested. With consistent effort, ultimately the dormant energies hidden below the surface will build to offer some tangible evidence of a move forward on the physical plane. You can observe this kind of activity when you are learning just anything above your current skill level. As you practice drawing that picture, or learn how to play an instrument, one day you are rewarded with the mastery you have been striving to achieve. So, as you may have guessed, in this week Roncar skillfully talks about the value of persistence and perseverance. However, intertwined with that discussion are also some clues on how to see that the movement that you are not noticing as you practice your daily routine.  In this segment I actually combined two lectures because they were so closely related and so complementary. In the second section Roncar offers a new expanded definition of persistence that offers a broader understanding of how to use persistence in new and creative ways. If you have an interest in effecting change in your life, or in accomplishing a goal, today’s audio segment should not be overlooked.  It just might inspire within you that last little effort that could mean the difference between going home empty handed or celebrating the power of your own abilities to create and manifest the reality you desire.
