God calls out to the Remnant to hear and be comforted by the promises of God. God reminds them of their origin, Abraham and Sarah, a reminder of the Redeemer, who is to come. Some in previous returns refused to return and lived among the heathen- this time, God would gather them all back unto Zion, the Millennial.
