On Friday, March 4th, 2016, Joey a good looking, smart, homebody type guy who was content playing video games or watching the Game of Thrones guy went missing from a local bar in the Short North district of Columbus, OH., a gay bar shortly after midnight. On March 29th, 2016, Joey’s body was found submerged in the Scioto River just south of Downtown Columbus. Joey was a healthy young man being 5”9, #135#, average built guy. Was this "murder?"
