Hello, hello! Welcome to this week's episode. On today's episode, Tom breaks down during the recording after we discuss about the story of Korean singer Yang Joon-il, also dubbed as the 90's G-Dragon.If you're not aware of his story, the singer was an up and coming singer brought from America to Korea. He wasn't very fluent in Korean and used to incorporate a lot of English into his music at a time where Korea's relationship with the English speaking world was not looked at positively. He was literally unfairly kicked out of the country due to his English. He went back to America and became an English teacher before spending most of his life as a waiter in a restaurant. Thanks to a trend in Korea called 'Newtro' millennials discovered the G-Dragon lookalike and learnt about his story. His story touched the nation and a search began to search for him. After a gruelling long search, a TV show in Korea found the singer and he was able to perform his songs again after 30 years. We also talk about the Super Bowl half time and how Shakira and Jennifer Lopez KILLED it. Plus, there's a Christian activist who's trying to sue them for trillions of dollars for the 'inappropriate' performance - his words, not ours. There was also a 90's magazine competition running and the prize was the opportunity to 'sleep' with US President Donald Trump. Any takers?AND FINALLY, we discuss the rules of texting. If you're texter, make sure you follow these rules!Join our Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/lemonpodcastFollow on Instagram: http://instagram.com/lemonpodcastHosted by:Phillip Kuoch: https://www.instagram.com/sirkuoch/Tom Tan: https://www.instagram.com/tommayo/Our website is: http://www.lemonpodcast.com/ Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/lemon.  See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
