For the two weeks, there has been a drumbeat for the release of “The Memo.” A four page document that purports to lay out FBI and DOJ abuses regarding Donald Trump. Unlike past possible government overreach situations in the past, the press has declared that it should not be released and now that it has is apoplectic about it. But what is in the memo?
