James and I are both starting a podcast and bonded through experiencing a whole lot of technical difficulties and helping each other along the way. We are both taking a course on podcasting are on the same team.In this episode, we discuss the process of creating a podcast including the challenges and difficulties, reaching out to guests. We also discussed martial arts, Conor McGregor, goal setting, spirituality and the combination of science and consciousness.
