The beat (as in, the Colorado Rockies continue to get beat--like a damn drum) marches on but Nolan Arenado doesn't care. He's out there being the best player in baseball this side of Mike Trout despite being the third baseman for a team that is, of this writing, 59-82 and 32.5 games out of first place.It's a crappy time to be a Rockies fan and we all know that, but let's not forget to take some time to appreciate the man who is the modern-day Mike Schmidt (I'll never grow tired of saying that).OK, that's enough of that.
