Dr. Eleftherios Iakovou joins Innovators to talk about the importance of the global supply chain in the world of food strength and security. Dr. Iakovou has a Ph.D. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and a M.Sc. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
