Jeffery Dahmer, Also known as the Milwaukee Serial Killer was a sex offender, rapist, murderer, and a cannibal. Jeffery dismembered 17 men and boys from 1978-1991. Jeffery Dahmer's first victim was a hitchhiker and then 9 years later he strikes again and again and again.
