Learn more about my backstory and how I decided to lose weight and what keeps me going every day. I've struggled with health problems for a very long time, and continue to have issues. I know I'm not alone. I have taken control of my health and I want to show you not only that it can be done, but that you can do it too! I describe my tipping point. If I couldn’t live without the medication and I couldn’t stand to be on it, I had to take matters into my own hands. I realized that the way I was eating and the way I was living was killing me.
