This commentary was written by a member who experienced what it was like to be arrested and placed in jail at the expense of making a bad decision. Think Before You Act Commentary Project – by Aleah Only a few people will ever match up your feelings you had when you was on your way to jail. Only a few people will ever feel the loneliness and corrupt feeling you had in your stomach walking in them doors. My name is Aleah Marie Brighteyes Mitchell and yes I am one of those people my first time I got locked up was for a 707b I was with my brothers at the wrong place at the wrong time. Days in there went slow, hectic, annoying, and hot I felt like I was trapped in a box and my people forgot about me. I got out of summer of May 31,2011 and knew I had to change I learned that misery loves company and the only person you got in this world is your yourself. I was raised around guys so I had the mentality of one all I cared about was how I was gonna get my next bill. Back then was a challenge a struggle that I felt like I was never gonna get out of. But god works in mysterious ways. I came out a brand new person and was much more focused on myself. I got a job at Taco Bell the first three months I was out and If I can do it you can do it to.
