Toronto Ontario, May 16, 2018 – ThreeD Capital Inc. listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange under the symbol IDK, a Canadian‐based venture capital firm focused on investments in promising, early stage companies and ICO’s with disruptive capabilities, is pleased to announce that it has completed a non‐brokered private placement, pursuant to which it has issued 7,423,230 units at a price of thirteen cents per Unit, to raise aggregate gross proceeds of $965,020.
