That’s right – we're disrupting the market completely with our new app. Portfolio allows investors to become a part-owner of a portfolio of rental homes. You can earn rental profits, just as you would if you bought property yourself. And, if the property goes up in value, so does the value of your shares – similar to the capital growth you’d benefit from if you owned properties directly.
