And I think slowly, there's a bit of a tendency to kind of see the first people that come along who know what they're talking about, and try and get them involved to give you support. And I just wanted to kind of hold back a little bit and make sure that actually the people that do join the board are people that are genuinely going to invest time, energy, relationships and also add value as opposed to coming doing this as partly a vanity project.
