Christina was sent to foster care at the age of 10 after experiencing a series of childhood traumatic events, only to then be adopted by dysfunctional and emotionally absent parents. In this episode Christina shares how one day she woke up and realized she was the woman she feared to become - an alcohol-dependant mother, drinking to cope with the everyday struggles of life. The pain of this realization moved her into immediate action to transform her habits and her life.
