My conversation today is with the lovely Florence Amerley Adu a Ghanaian-American based in Accra, Ghana and Brooklyn, New York.  Florence is the daughter of immigrants who were among the first post-colonial Ghanaians to immigrate to Denver, Colorado in the mid 1960s.  She has designed a bi-continental lifestyle that has lead led her to co-found and be CEO of LEAP Transmedia Limited, a content development and production company based in Accra.  In the US,  she is the Managing Director of ArgoAdu LLC, a project management company. Which is a family enterprise, with a portfolio that includes real estates, construction and property management projects in Denver, New York and Accra.  Florence is a graduate of New York University where-studied urban policy and economics and Stanford University, where She received undergraduate degrees in Management Science and Engineering and Industrial Engineering.  Fun fact  Florence and I met a few years ago in Accra, but we recorded this episode in Iceland when she was visiting the country. She is also has a podcast called Glocal Citizens, where I have been featured. You can find it here on Google Podcast or on Apple Podcast.
