On this week’s episode of the diary of a triathlete, Kirstin stresses the importance of being an adaptable athlete. She shares her struggles this past week and some of the difficulties it produced with her mindset. She also talks about what she has learned this winter as Mother Nature made it hard for many athletes in training in the United States. But, that it’s important not to dwell on it. Kirstin walks us through what she learned this week and how having her coach and a good support team really helped. Now, as things have been restored back to normal, she discusses the steps she is going to take to get back into her routine this week.
