This division will focus on the development of gymnastics and strength. We will appropriately design workouts to optimize performance in The 2022 CrossFit Open.⁣ ⁣ ??: For people who feel confident that they can qualify in the top 10% of the CrossFit Open. This division will focus on the development of the capacity required to excel in the second stage of the CrossFit Games season. We will appropriately design workouts to optimize performance in The 2022 Quarterfinals.⁣ ⁣ ?????: For people who feel confident that they will have the capacity to earn a spot at the CrossFit Games. While this division will still focus on being fit for the quarterfinals, we will work on a year-round approach to build the capacity required to earn a spot at the 2022 CrossFit Games Semifinals.⁣ ⁣ ???????: For people who are over 35 and compete in the age group CrossFit Games Season. This division will focus on preparing athletes to take a top 10% in the open and peak for the age group online qualifiers. We will appropriately design workouts to match the demands of the sport for each age category.⁣ ⁣ ???? ???? ???? ??????? ???? ?????⁣ TTT Compete is built specifically for those looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit, those wanting to compete in the future, or those who just enjoy doing the same programming that a competitor does.⁣ ⁣ Every Sunday at 12am EST we release a new week of training via the WodUp app. Each day will include a video overview from a coach to explain the intention of that day’s training, a warm-up, movement demos, and a leaderboard.⁣ ⁣ ??? ???? ???????? ???? ??? ????? ???? ?????⁣ Training days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Rest days are Thursday and Sunday. You can adjust these days to better fit your schedule if you need to.⁣ ⁣ ??? ???? ???? ?? ???? ???? ????⁣ This program typically takes 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete and may need to be split into 2 sessions.
