The US Federal Reserve is meeting. Markets seem to be getting excited without necessarily knowing why they are getting excited. Central banks are not designed to solve pandemics or (particularly) to deal with the structural changes of industrial revolutions. The phenomenally strong pace of business creation does not suggest significant constraints on US entrepreneurship.
