Tomorrow, 5 star defensive tackle Shy Tuttle is making his commitment known and we'll let you know where the Vols stand with him. We also give our final predictions for the game between the Vols and Bulldogs including an indepth look into the different position group by position group battles between the teams and who has the advantage.
