[ It's like spinach for your brain, while you scroll through your phone. ] Michael Moskovitz is a serial entrepreneur committed to delivering experiences that enhance emotional resilience and boost behavioral health. He is the founder of Moodrise, the world’s first on-demand, digital drug delivery system for mobile devices. What does this mean? They create multimedia content that makes you feel happier, more relaxed, and at ease... and all of these health benefits are delivered straight to your brain, through your screen. I met Michael a few months ago at a small event I was invited to by a dear friend. During the event, Michael was sharing about the work he does through Aebeze Labs, and Moodrise. I was intrigued by Michael's charisma and witty commentary on the current digital landscape. He was joined by Devendra Banhardt, who is involved in the project as a collaborating artist. What I loved about Moodrise is that they are creating digital nutrition, or content that is scientifically proven to enhance your mood, and they are co-creating this beautiful multimedia content with talented artists like Devendra Banhart, Kristen Scott Thomas, Daisy Lewis, or JD Samson. I was inspired by Michael’s work, his brilliant perspective on technology, and mental health, and the way we he is tastefully weaving art into the equation. In this interview, We talk about our relationship with media and technology; the ways we can use technology in our daily lives to our advantage, and not our detriment. I hope you enjoy this conversation, and it might even shift the way you interact with technology, for the best.
