As the COVID-19 school shutdowns have led to mass homeschooling across the globe, some have chosen to ramp up attacks on homeschooling. The Washington Post and Salon have also recently raised questions about homeschooling. What's behind these attacks? Why are they flawed? We discuss this with Kerry McDonald, adjunct scholar at the Cato Institute’s Center for Educational Freedom and a senior education fellow at the Foundation for Economic Education.
