In this week's podcast, I talk about my recent three-day hike on a North Carolina section of the Appalachian Trail. I am joined by a guest host, my husband, who accompanied me on the thirty-one mile section from Wallace Gap to the Nantahala Outdoor Center this past October. We will review how we prepared for our first backpacking trip, highlight interesting points along our route and share our positive experience from that weekend.
