Deirdre entered the world of Real Estate in 1991 following a career in public and employee communications for a major insurance company. She founded her own business, Deirdre O’Connell Realty, Inc. in 2003 with an office in Manhasset. She expanded her operation to the North Fork in 2005 with the opening of an office in Cutchogue. Deirdre and her team set themselves apart in real estate through their real estate expertise, professionalism and attention to personal service. Her successful business was acquired by Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty in 2007. Deirdre will share her top take aways and tools for other women entrepreneurs.
