Kait Eterovic is one half of the creative team behind the Hummus Club, a pumping Perth restaurant putting Middle Eastern food on the map. Her and her Business Partner Ziad built this restaurant from the ground up... literally. They started as a market stall, while working 9 to 5 jobs as a Pharmacist and Engineer, before upgrading to a Pop Up Stall in Trinity Arcade when Kait dived full time into the business. Her insight into the hospitality industry, building a team which she calls her family and communicating her vision to her customers as well as her team is truly inspiring.
