Approval

Take time to recharge your soul. It's okay to set time aside for yourself and you need to make it a requirement. The world will continue spinning while you work through things. Rest

There's a big difference between responding to a situation and reacting to it. When you respond you keep a level head, process whatever is happening in a healthy way, and respond by wishing them well and moving on. You can acknowledge that whatever happened stings like a MOTHER, but you're also acknowledging that you're choosing to no longer give it anymore of your energy. When you're reacting you have crazy outbursts of your emotions vs thinking about the situation and THEN responding. That's only going to escalate things in an unhealthy way. Responding instead of reacting to a situation is a choice that you have to make. Your Peace Is More Important

Give it 30 days. Take all of the barriers off, all self-doubt, all EVERYTHING that you’ve placed on yourself and watch yourself grow. Step outside of your comfort zone for 30 days and watch your transformation happen. Then, after 30 days if you want to fall back into your comfort zone then that’s on you. That’s your choice.
