Everyone has a bottomless reserve of love stored within them and even when the relationships run out, the love doesn’t. We spend our lives trying to find someone to give it to. We are plagued by our own lies, our fears and our isms. Racism is a legacy we’ve created that has given us the permission to hate other human beings because of their ethnic make-up. I believe the real sickness here is hate. There is a systemic structure of hate that has infiltrated our country. We hate because of religion, creed and color. Until we treat the real illness we will keep on dying at the hands of the symptoms. Be human first! Be compassionate. Diminish your hate!

Sex “feels good” (most of the time lol) and can be a great stress reliever and an exciting contact sport for consenting adults, however it is not always so easy to “hit it and forget it” when dealing with the chemical exchange or even deeper, the "soul ties." No one has the right to judge anyone else for their sexual practices but we must exhibit personal responsibility and practice proper judgement for ourselves. If we’re not emotionally developed and/or mentally capable of managing our psychological selves, how careless might we end up being with our sexuality? Let’s ask ourselves, “We are we sexually promiscuous but emotionally celibate?” “The World Health Organization defines sexual health as a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality (http://www.cdc.gov/sexualhealth/default.html)” We’ve socially accepted all kinds of sexual behavior but the question stands, have we attempted to disassociate the physical practice of sex from our emotional and mental state?
