I spent the day singing this tone and wile I was many other tones arrived. It says to me:  "Be still, worry less, hold your center...here within me". Take a moment and listen to the tones, with your eyes closed while maintaining a calming breath.  Listen... What is it saying?  what is it asking of you today?
