Fuel Pointe was created by two dancers looking to provide education to other dancers about health and wellness as it relates to dance.  Michelle and Caroline hope to provide a space for you to learn how to fuel your body correctly and prevent injury so you can have the longest dance career you desire.  There is so much information out there on what the best "dancer diet" or best "cross training" is, and it can be extremely confusing.  Fuel Pointe will provide a platform for you to sift through the massive amount of information and find out what works best for YOU.
