We enter into the double digit weeks with Bobby Holting who is the General Manager of Ultreia, a fine dining experience in Downtown Denver that specializes in Tapas, and overall Spanish cuisine. Recently Elmer and Jordan got to experience the restaurant and we all sit down in this episode to recap the experience, and talk a bit about what led Bobby to this unique position.

In our 10th episode, Elmer and Jordan sit down with Nick Pauly from Denver based blues/soul band, The Movers and The Shakers. Nick used to play guitar with Jordan in Red Sage, so the boys recap their last west coast tour together, the ups and downs of tour life, and aspirations in the music industry. However, we do get a peek into some cool new technology coming to businesses near you and get to chat a bit about some of his history and how he got to his position in this exciting new company. We introduce a new segment called "Fake News" and another called "Know The Law."
