Studies have shown that a good, hearty laugh is a great antidote for  stress and tension; ramps up the immune system,  helps prevent heart attack and stroke, Laughter and humor creates a happy hour cocktail of dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins in your brain inducing euphoria which can help decrease pain, stress and a positively pleasant mood. Laughter is even great exercise for the body, soul, and spirit as well as our countenance.  It's wonderfully contagious and can have a positive effect on an entire group of people.  Hey, we all know life is loaded with more than enough pain, sorrow, and tragedies reducing us to puddles of tears.  LIVE WITH TRICIA is a great landing spot to find perspective and power to see into and through our circumstances finding something in ourselves and our lives to be grateful about and Learn to Laugh In-Between Tears.  After all, laughter is the best medicine.
