In todays episode I broke down how our energy is everything. The energy we’re creating from, the energy that we’re showing up from & the results we experience from it.    I had done a few experiments with my energetic state a while ago & took my findings to see how shifting my energy had really shifted my energy & even by releasing the timeline & deadlines on myself.    Alignment vs. Misalignment & what that energy feels like.  When I created my highest month financially through a state of alignment & trust.  The more we move into acceptance & surrender, the easier life gets to be.   What it means to live an 'ease- y' life:Not meaning that life is easy, but it gets to be easy.  How to shift your energetic state to create more space & flow.

Creating from alignment vs creating from misalignment

Today's episode is a recording of a coaching call with one of my clients.  Brooke and I have been working each other for almost 6 months she has more self awareness about what to do when she feels blocked. Prior to coming into the coaching call she had been feeling off about something but wasn't sure why. She knew she was on the verge of releasing something no longer in alignment but she was afraid to go into it. Life always happens, love. But regardless of WHAT happens -- your have the power of how you react to it. Your power lays in your perspective & when you tap into the resilience that lays within, it doesn't matter what happens in life because you are always made to rise ABOVE all that happens!
