Whiskey6 ounces Rosemary Cinnamon syrup ( see below)3 - 4 dashes of Bitters. Cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig for garnish.Combine Whiskey, Syrup and Bitters in (what else?) an Old Fashioned glass, with ice.Burn the tip of a cinnamon stick, add that (burnt end UP) and a sprig of Rosemary for garnish, and try not to poke out your eye while sipping."Rosemary Cinnamon Syrup"Combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan with 2 or 3 sticks of cinnamon and 2 or 3 sprigs of Rosemary.
